In a world where the tectonic plates of entertainment media are ever-shifting, along with the dominant paradigms, we’re a loose collective of creative lifers looking for some steady ground. Fog House Productions, as the name implies, is a Bay Area-based media company looking to disrupt the mediascape through fun, interesting, innovative and entertaining means. Our flagship project, ApoCalifornia, is a story about gig workers hanging on by their fingernails in uncertain times, brought together by extreme and unsettling circumstances, looking to solve a crime and uncover a conspiracy that will either help them earn a buck, or maybe, if they’re real lucky, change things for the better on a much larger scale? But can a cynical vlogger, a disenchanted blue collar ex-MAGA mouthpiece, a sentient rideshare vehicle, and a disembodied soul trapped in a kaiju doll really hope to change the world when they can barely stand each other?
